Tasting Notes

Petit Verdot from a single low yielding McLaren Vale vineyard was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure.  

A perfumed bouquet of black cherry, blueberry and hints of violet, which carry through on the palate. Supported by well-integrated oak and gauze-like tannins, a full-bodied wine with a lingering finish. Drinks beautifully now, however will comfortably cellar for 6 to 8 years.
