Tasting Notes

Sauvignon Blanc was carefully selected from quality Langhorne Creek vineyards. The wine was softly pressed to preserve the bright fruit freshness and traditional varietal flavours.

The resultant wine combines lifted aromas of tropical fruit, lychee and a hint of cut grass, with a fresh crisp palate displaying honeydew and kiwi fruit flavours. We did the ground work, now it’s up to you to drink and reap the rewards.
